Independent Information Dealers Association
Founded in 1984, IIMDA is a group of over 30 member-companies throughout the United States and Canada. IIMDA is the oldest and largest dealer group dedicated to document management and its surrounding scanning, micrographic and data management technologies. The independent nature of IIMDA members allow them to determine the best solutions for each client’s needs, regardless of the source of the solution. Locally owned and operated, IIMDA dealers bring an unbiased assessment of technology and services to their clients.
Membership into IIMDA is by invitation only. When a company is recognized in the industry as superior in its service, management and integrity, it may request admission to IIMDA. The managing executive staff of IIMDA will process the request and submit it to the membership for a vote. Once admitted, the company may enjoy the benefits of sharing resources, knowledge and technical skills that would not otherwise be available. Benefiting all member-dealers in their pursuit of customer satisfaction is the goal of IIMDA.
Active Data Systems is a founding member of IIMDA.
The Association for Information and Image Management was founded in 1943 as the National Microfilm Association. Since then the focus of the organization has remained the same – to help users connect with suppliers who can help them apply document and content technologies to improve their internal processes.
AIIM International is the industry’s leading global organization whose goal is to provide a neutral and unbiased source of information.
ADS has been affiliated with AIIM for over 20 years.

ARMA International is a not-for-profit association serving more than 10,000 information management professionals in the United States, Canada, and over 30 other nations. ARMA International members include records and information managers, archivists, corporate librarians, imaging specialists, legal professionals, knowledge managers, consultants, and educators.
The mission of ARMA International is to provide education, research, and networking opportunities to information professionals, to enable them to use their skills and experience to leverage the value of records, information, and knowledge as corporate assets and as contributors to organizational success.

The mission of Youth Enrichment Services, Inc. is to enrich and develop the lives of children, youth and families in the Sioux Empire through comprehensive and educational services necessary to meet evolving needs.
Boys & Girls Clubs
Boys & Girls Clubs are a safe place to learn and grow – all while having fun. It is the place where great futures are started each and every day.
In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.
Boys & Girls Clubs offer that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.

CDIA (Certified Document Imaging Architech®) certification is an internationally recognized credential acknowledging competency and professionalism in the document imaging industry. CDIA+ candidates possess critical knowledge of all major areas and technologies used to plan, design and specify an imaging system.
CDIA certification is provided by CompTIA. CompTIA represents more than 8,000 computing and communications companies, CompTIA helps its members stay competitive and profitable by providing vendor-neutral standards in certification, e-commerce, customer service and workforce development to meet these industry-wide challenges. A global association, CompTIA continues to improve by offering a new menu of services to its members
CDIA candidates possess critical knowledge of all major areas and technologies used to plan, design and specify an imaging system.
