Chemicals used within our ‘Microfilm Lab’ are properly disposed of in an

environmentally safe and respectful method…preventing water contamination!

Toner/Ink Cartridges

ADS informs all customers that they should recycle their toner/Ink cartridges in an environmentally safe way! ADS also takes full responsibility in recycling our own toner/Ink cartridges used in our day to day business measures!

Reusable Media

Flash drives and external hard drives are becoming more of a standard for transferring data within ADS and back forth to our customers, instead of the use of CD’s and DVD’s that need to be disposed of after one use!

Electronic Invoicing

ADS has started a new business method where invoices are sent out electronically via email to customers who are willing and able to receive them!

Electronic Manuals

ADS gives the option to customers who purchase/rent refurbished equipment that the operators manuals be given to them electronically to avoid unnecessary paper waste!

Energy Conservation

In addition to having lights in none employee occupied areas turned off at all times; ADS is in the process of replacing all incandescent light bulbs inside and out with energy saving compact fluorescent bulbs!
